Assam HS Exams 2024 : Registration Opens on November 1 at ahsec.assam.gov.in

The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has officially announced that the online application process for the Higher Secondary or Class 12 board exams in 2024 will commence on November 1. Students are required to complete their registrations online through the official website, ahsec.assam.gov.in. The Assam 12th board exams for the year 2024 are scheduled to take place in February-March.

In an official notice, AHSEC stated, "It is important for all concerned parties to note that the council plans to conduct the Higher Secondary Final Examination 2024 in February/March 2024. Accordingly, the process of online form submission will begin on November 1, 2023, and will conclude on November 30, 2023."

AHSEC has also requested all institutions under its jurisdiction to inform their students about the online registration process during this specified time frame to ensure that no student misses out on the registration process.

Furthermore, the council has mentioned that the online registration portal will be made accessible in due course, and institutions will be duly notified about this.

Additionally, AHSEC has reiterated that students from government, provincialized, and recognized venture schools, whose combined parental income from all sources is Rs 2,00,000 or less, are exempted from paying the center and examination fees.

The fee structure for regular school students appearing in the Assam Class 12 board exams remains the same as in the previous year.
