Warning on Uploading Errors The board has flagged a serious issue: schools often commit errors while uploading marks to the online portal. These mistakes usually happen during the submission of Practical, Project, or Internal Assessment scores.
To address this, the official notice clearly states, "It has been observed that schools sometimes make mistakes while uploading the marks." The board wants to avoid these issues in the future. Therefore, they’ve released this circular to help schools conduct assessments smoothly and without confusion.
Strict Compliance Required CBSE’s message is strict. The board expects schools to read the circular carefully and follow the instructions precisely. The notice mentions that the board won't entertain requests to correct mistakes later. Schools cannot offer "various excuses" after the fact to fix errors they made during the uploading process.
Practical Exam Dates Announced Along with the marking scheme, the notice confirms the timeline for the practical examinations. The practical exams for the 2026 session are scheduled to begin on January 1, 2026, and will conclude on February 14, 2026.
