The ISC Class 12 English Language 2025 exam was conducted today, February 14, 2025. The exam lasted for 3 hours, was conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM, with an additional 15 minutes for reading the question paper. The total marks allotted for the subject are 80 marks and 20 are for internal assessment. The question paper consisted of four sections – Question 1, Question 2, Question 3 and Question 4.

➤ Some questions were very easy, especially in the grammar section, but students also found some of the passage-based questions a bit difficult.
➤ One or two questions were out of syllabus.
➤ Many questions were repeated from previous years.
➤ Questions 2 and 3 had both easy and difficult questions.
➤ In Question 1, students found (iii) easier than the rest. It asked students to give their views for or against - film stars are good role models for the youth.
➤ As per the reviews so far, students were divided in writing about 'Tree Plantation Day' or 'Importance of Sports'. When asked, most students wrote about 'Importance of Sports' instead of steps to organise Tree Plantation Day.
➤ In Question 1, students found (iii) easier than the rest. In this, students were asked to give their views for or against - film stars are good role models for the youth.

ISC 2025 Class 12 English Answer Key for Paper 1 (Language)
As per the ISC 2025 English Literature question paper pattern. The paper has four sections: Question 1, Question 2, Question 3 and Question 4. Question 3 is the only section that has objective questions. Question 3 consists of three sections: 'Complete the sentence', 'Fill in the blanks' and 'Fill in the blanks with the correct form of the verb'. The answers to these questions are given below.
