The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Telangana, has announced the schedule for paying examination fees for SSC, OSSC, and Vocational public exams to be conducted in March 2026.

Fee Payment Deadlines

Without Late Fee: October 30 to November 13, 2025
Remittance via Headmasters through Cyber Treasury: Up to November 14, 2025

All headmasters and principals have been instructed to ensure timely payment of fees and submission of student data for both regular and once-failed candidates.

Submission of Student Data

Online submission to DEO: By November 18, 2025
DEO submission of school eNR data to DGE: By December 10, 2025

Late Fee Schedule

Rs 50: November 15 to 29, 2025
Rs 200: December 2 to 11, 2025
Rs 500: December 15 to 29, 2025

Officials clarified that these deadlines will not be extended under any circumstances.

Examination Fees

All subjects: Rs 125
Up to 3 subjects: Rs 110
More than 3 subjects: Rs 125
Vocational candidates: Additional Rs 60 on top of Rs 125

How to Pay

Examination fees can be paid only through the school login on the official website bse.telangana.gov.in, integrated with the Cyber Treasury. Payments via IFMIS portal challans or manual bank challans will not be accepted. Headmasters must use their user ID and password and submit students’ data online within the scheduled dates. Schools are advised not to wait until the last day to avoid technical issues.

Fee Exemption

As per government orders, SC, ST, and BC students appearing for SSC exams in March 2026 are exempted from examination fees. For more details, students should contact their respective headmasters or visit the official DGE Telangana website.
