The Directorate of Government Examinations, Telangana has released the revised exam fee payment schedule for the SSC, OSSC, and Vocational Public Examinations scheduled to be held in March 2026.

This updated new dates are applicable to both regular and failed candidates who have deposited the fee online through Cyber Treasury.

Last Dates Without Late Fee

As per the notification, Telangana Board students can pay the examination fee without any late fee until November 21, 2025.

Headmasters can conduct verification until November 22, and the last date for submitting the NR (Nominal Roll) and fee challan to the DEO office is November 23.

Late Fee Structure

The deadline for payment with late fees has also been notified.

With ₹50 late fee: Candidates can submit fees from November 22nd to November 27th. Schools must send the records to the DEO by November 29th.

With ₹200 late fee: The payment deadline is from November 28th to December 4th. The fee must be submitted to the DEO by December 6th.

With ₹500 late fee: Payment can be made from December 5th to December 12th. Documents must be submitted by December 16th.

Last window with ₹1,000 late fee: It will be open from December 13th to December 22nd. The last date for submission of applications by the DEO is December 24th.

Important Guidelines

The department has clarified that the fee structure includes fees for mark memos, certificates, and online services. Schools have been instructed not to accept offline payments. All transactions must be made only through Cyber Treasury. Headmasters must verify candidates' details, photographs, and signatures before validating applications.

The notification also states that principals of private unaided schools must collect the consolidated fee through their management, without charging any additional service charges. Hall tickets will be issued only after this verification process is completed.

The Directorate has advised schools to strictly adhere to the deadlines. They have clearly stated that late applications will not be accepted under any circumstances. The complete schedule has been sent to the District Education Offices for immediate compliance.
