Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) has declared the seat allotment result for Round 5 of Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) 2025 counselling. Candidates can check their result by visiting uceed.iitb.ac.in.

Admission to BDES programme for the academic year 2025-26 will be offered at IIT Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Roorkee and IIITDM Jabalpur. Candidates selected in Round 5 are required to pay the seat acceptance fee by 9th July 2025 at 6 PM.

As per the official notice, the payment details will be sent to the selected candidates via email. Candidates will have to pay the seat acceptance fee by visiting the portal. After the payment is completed, the provisional seat allotment letter can be downloaded from the login portal.

If a candidate has got his/her first choice seat, he/she can accept or reject it. If a candidate rejects the offer, he/she will not be eligible for the next round and his/her seat will be cancelled.

Candidates who want to participate in the next round will have to select the 'Float' option. Candidates who freeze the seat will have to take admission in the same institute.

According to the notice, the fee will not be refunded after accepting the seat in Round 3, 4 and 5. Therefore, candidates should take the decision carefully.

The category wise preliminary and final ranks of IIT institutes have been released. Through this, candidates can see which rank has got a seat in which category. This will help them understand their status.
