The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the detailed schedule of the National Defense Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) II Exam 2025. The exam will be held on 14 September 2025 (Sunday) across the country.

The exam will be held in two sessions—Mathematics paper in the morning and General Aptitude Test (GAT) in the afternoon. Successful candidates will be further called for Service Selection Board (SSB) interview/exam. The commission has also released all the important information and instructions related to the exam.

👉 Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for SSB interview/exam.

Exam Pattern

The question papers will be objective type.
The papers will be available in both Hindi and English languages.
Only questions based on the metric system will be asked.
Carrying calculators, mobile phones, smartwatches, pen drives, Bluetooth and other electronic devices to the exam center is strictly prohibited.
Violation of any rule may result in cancellation of the candidature of the candidate.

Admit Card and Other Instructions

UPSC will release the admit card of NDA & NA II 2025 on upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in 7 days before the exam.
Candidates will need application ID and date of birth to download the admit card.
In case of any problem, UPSC helpdesk number 011-24041001 can be contacted.
No candidate will be admitted to the exam without admit card.

Important Advice

Candidates are advised to check all the details given in the admit card carefully after downloading it.
Do not carry prohibited items (mobiles, electronic devices, expensive items) to the examination center.
Now that the exam date has been announced, candidates should focus on their final preparation and practice through mock tests.
