The NTA has rescheduled the examination center for those who have registered for the NEET UG 2026 re-examination scheduled on June 21 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. The agency has published a notice to inform candidates about the change in the venue of the exam.
As per the notice published by NTA, the previous center which was Harivansh Rai Bachchan Cultural Center, University of Allahabad, Prayagraj is not going to conduct the exam this time. NTA claims that they have taken this decision on the advice of the District Level Committee and District Administration.

The notice listed ongoing construction work, no electricity supply, and other administrative constraints as the reasons for the change. Candidates who were allotted the Harivansh Rai Bachchan Cultural Centre have been asked to report to the new venue mentioned by the NTA.
The revised schedule states that the exam is to be conducted at the Department of Medieval & Modern History, Senate House Campus, University of Allahabad, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh-211002. The location of the new venue is within the premises of the University of Allahabad.
NTA made it clear that this move was for those candidates whose centers were affected by this decision. Candidates need to check the notice issued and ensure that they reach the new venue on June 21 without facing any issues during the exam.
