About LPUNEST

LPUNEST is a national level entrance test that is being organized by LPU (Lovely Professional University) every year. Lakhs of students register themselves for LPUNEST to appear in the examination. Students qualifying this test become eligible for admission to the course offered by LPU. 

Qualifying students also get scholarships upto 6 lakh.

There are 8 programs in different disciplines in Lovely Professional University after 10th. Courses Offered By LPU After 12th

LPU offers admission in various disciplines and programs to the students who have completed their 12th class. The given table represents the total lists of Engineering courses that LPU is offering.

UG Courses in Engineering After 12th:- There are a total of 28 programs offered by LPU in the engineering discipline.

LPU offers scholarships on various criteria -

1. Eligibility Qualification:- The LPU has set some eligibility qualifications for candidates to get scholarships. For example:- students who want to pursue UG courses will get scholarships based on their 10+2 or Class 12th board exam performance.

Board toppers will get the benefits of the scheme are as follows:

• Full Programme Fee waiver (Including Examination Fee), and
• Free Stay in a four-seater room (Air Cooled Room) in a hostel or
• Free Transport Facility (if the residential facility is not availed)

• Certain National Level Tests:- On the basis of candidates’ performances in certain national level tests such as IIT Mains, NEET. 

• LPUNEST: - Candidates also get scholarships based on their performances in LPUNEST Exam. There are three brackets to provide scholarships to the students.

• LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category I cut-off
• LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category II cut-off
• LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category III cut-off

Since 2019, the Lovely Professional University (LPU) is helping students to get a study grant of Rs. 1 Lakh to study at higher education institutions other than LPU. LPUNEST 2024 Eligibility Criteria For Study Grant

LPU Study grant of Rs.1 lakh can be won after qualifying the LPUNEST 2024. The minimum Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech is 10+2 or equivalent completed from the recognized board. The minimum mark required is 60 percent from the science stream.

Notes:- After submitting the details and documents, the LPU will cross-check and after the verification, the merit list will be announced as per institutes. The candidates can check their status of selection at the portal under the Study Grant Application status tab.

Mode of LPUNEST Exam 2024

The biggest advantage of taking LPUNEST 2024 is that you can appear for the test online from your home. Earlier this test was conducted at the designated exam centers. But this year due to the COVID-19 situation, the exam will be held in Online mode and candidates can appear for this test from their residence.

History of LPUNEST Study Grant
