The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the application deadline for the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE 2026). If you haven't applied yet, don't worry; you can now apply until November 9, 2025.
The previous deadline was today, October 30, 2025. If you want to enroll your child in Sainik School for Class 6 and Class 9, visit the official website exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE and fill and submit the online application form.

Know Important Dates:
1. New deadline for filling the online application form: November 9, 2025 (until 5 p.m.)
2. New deadline for depositing the examination fee: November 10, 2025 (until 11:50 p.m.)
3. Date for making corrections/amendments to the online application form: November 12, 2025, to November 14, 2025
The government has added three new Sainik Schools across the country. This will provide students with more options for admission.

Eligibility:
1. To enroll in Class 6 at a Sainik School, a student must have passed Class 5 and be between 10 and 12 years of age.
2. To enroll in Class 9 at a Sainik School, a student must have passed Class 8 and be between 13 and 15 years of age.
3. Students' age will be calculated as of March 31, 2026.
Application Form Fee
To apply, students in the General, OBC, and EWS categories will have to pay a fee of ₹850. SC and ST candidates will have to pay a fee of ₹700.

1. First, you must visit the official website: exams.nta.ac.in/aissee.
2. Next, you must register by clicking on the New Candidate Registration link on the home page.
3. Next, you must fill out your application form.
4. Next, you must pay the prescribed application fee.
5. Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.
