Andhra Pradesh government has released the evaluation criteria for the students of Class 12 students according to which marks will be awarded based on student’s performance in Class 10 and Class 11.
30:70 Formula to be used for Calculation of Marks:
According to the evaluation criteria announced by the BIEAP, the board will consider the performance of students in the previous two classes i.e. in SSC or Class 10 Exams and 1st Year Inter or Class 11 Exams for calculation of AP 2nd Year Inter Results in 2021. The Results will be compiled using the formula of 30:70 ratios to the weightage. Evaluation Criteria also mentions that the marks of the practical exam will be considered as it is as the exams were held before the 2nd wave of pandemic hit. The details of the assessment scheme are given below:

The marks of the practical examination will be considered as it is as the exams were held before the surge of the second wave of COVID 19.
Earlier, the Andhra Pradesh government told the Supreme Court of India that it has canceled the Class 12 examination which was to be conducted by the state board, and would declare the result of the internal assessment by July 31.

In the latest, Andhra Pradesh government has decided to reopen schools from August 16. Online classes will start on July 12, Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Audimulapu Suresh said.
