What to do After the Allotment
Dual reporting is required. You will be reporting once online and once at your allotted college. Both procedures are important, and neglecting either may result in loss of the seat.
This is the sequence that should be followed:
- Sign in on the APSCHE website using your login credentials. Accept the seat allotted to you online, and get your allotment order and joining report.
- Make the payment of the fee online or through the bank challan.
- Report in person to your allotted college.
Documents you will need for Verification
Bring the originals along with 2 photocopy sets:
- Rank card & hall ticket for AP EAPCET 2026
- Allotment order and joining report for phase 1
- Proof of date of birth (SSC/equivalent school memo)
- Mark sheet for intermediate/ equivalent class
- Study certificates from class 6 to intermediate
- Integrated community certificate, if any
- Income certificate / rice card (in case of fee waiver candidates)
- Transfer certificate (TC)
Organize all these documents in the sequence given above.
Didn't like your seat? Round 2 is coming
If you didn't receive a preferred allotment, then you can still try for a better college/branch in Phase 2. Here's how to do it:
- Accept your current allotment via self-reporting while also opting for Phase 2 simultaneously.
- Submit all the information during the first round reporting even if you want to upgrade. Should the second round fail to yield any results, your allotment from the first round is guaranteed.
- Should you be successful in obtaining an upgraded seat in the second round, your previous allotment gets cancelled automatically.
The APSCHE will release the details regarding the second round registration and vacant seat matrix on their official website soon after the closure of the reporting period on 15 August. Visit cap.apcfss.in often.
