The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has extended the registration deadline for the Jawaharlal Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) 2024 to August 25. Aspiring students can now complete the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya admission form 2024-25 for Class 6 admission in the academic session 2024-25. The official website, navodaya.gov.in, facilitates this process.

According to an official notice from NVS, the online registration for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test 2024, which is for admission to Class VI for the session 2024-25, is currently underway. The last date for submitting online applications has been extended to August 25, 2023.

Moreover, the organization has also mentioned that the application correction window for JNVST 2024 will be available for two days following the registration deadline. During this period, students can make corrections in fields such as gender, category, area, disability, and medium of the exam.

How to fill JNVST 2024 application form?

  • Visit the official website – navodaya.gov.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the ‘NVS class VI registration’ link.
  • Register yourselves by entering your details
  • Fill up the JNVST application form 2024 Class 6th.
  • Pay the application fees and submit.
  • Download the confirmation page and keep a printout of it for future reference.

To complete the registration process, students will be required to keep the following documents ready in JPG format:

  • Candidate's signature
  • Parent's signature
  • Candidate's photograph
  • Certificate signed by parent and candidate and verified by headmaster
  • Residence certificate of the parent issued by competent government authority if candidate does not possess Aadhaar number
