The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) will close the registration process for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2026 today, January 6. Candidates aspiring for admission to engineering, diploma, and pharmacy courses in colleges across Gujarat must complete their applications on the official website gseb.org by the end of the day today.

The last date for submitting applications was initially December 30, 2025, but it was later extended. GUJCET is a crucial entrance examination for students seeking admission to engineering degree and pharmacy degree or diploma programs in the state. The exam is scheduled to be held in March 2026.

Students who have not yet applied are advised to complete the registration process without delay to avoid any last-minute technical issues.

How to Apply for GUJCET 2026?

Candidates can apply for the exam by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official GSEB website, gseb.org.

Step 2: Click on the GUJCET 2026 link available on the homepage.

Step 3: Register using the required details.

Step 4: Fill out the application form carefully.

Step 5: Pay the application fee.

Step 6: Submit the form and download the confirmation page.

Step 7: Save a printout for future reference.

The application fee for GUJCET 2026 is ₹350. Candidates can pay the fee online through credit card, debit card, or net banking. An SBI branch payment option is also available, allowing cash payments at designated State Bank of India branches.

The GUJCET exam is conducted for admission to degree engineering and degree or diploma pharmacy courses in Gujarat. This exam is open to candidates who have passed or are appearing for the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination in the Science stream, including students from Groups A, B, and AB.
