JEE Advanced 2023 Cut-Off : Check Category-Wise Qualifying Marks
On June 18, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati declared the results of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Advanced) 2023. This year, a total of 1,80,372 candidates appeared for the exam, out of which 43,773 candidates have qualified for the IIT admissions counseling process.
To check the JEE Advanced results, candidates can visit the official website jeeadv.ac.in.
Additionally, the institute has announced the cutoff marks that candidates needed to achieve in order to be included in the rank lists of different categories.
According to IIT Guwahati, the examination was conducted for a total of 360 marks, with 120 marks allocated for each subject: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (60 marks each in paper 1 and paper 2).
In order to qualify for the common rank list (CRL), a candidate must secure a minimum of 6.83% of the total marks in each subject and 23.89% in aggregate.
JEE Advanced 2023 Cutoff for Inclusion in Rank List - RELEASED
The aggregate marks will be calculated as the sum of the marks obtained in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Candidates have to satisfy the subject-wise as well as the aggregate qualifying marks to be included in a rank list.

Maximum aggregate marks: 360 (180 each in Paper 1 and Paper 2)
- Maximum marks in Physics: 120 (60 each in Paper 1 and Paper 2)
- Maximum marks in Chemistry: 120 (60 each in Paper 1 and Paper 2)
- Maximum marks in Mathematics: 120 (60 each in Paper 1 and Paper 2)
