According to a report by TOI, stringent security measures are in place, including frisking and recording biometric attendance, both during entry and after toilet breaks. The National Testing Agency (NTA) emphasizes continuous improvement, attributing their success to advance notification and registration, allowing ample time for enhancing security measures and preparedness.
In addition to candidates, staff, observers, and other members will undergo the necessary security procedures, ensuring a secure testing environment.
JEE Main 2024 Exam will be conducted in 13 languages, accommodating a diverse range of candidates. The languages include English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
The exam comprises three papers: Paper 1 for B.E./B.Tech, Paper 2A for B.Arch, and Paper 2B for B.Planning. Paper 1 has two shifts, from 9 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM. Similarly, Paper 2A is scheduled from 9 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM, and Paper 2B from 3 PM to 6 PM.
