The Joint Entrance Examination - Main (JEE Main 2025) session 1 will be held in the last week of January 2025, as per a recent update from the Goa Board. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon announce the JEE Main 2025 exam date on jeemain.nta.ac.in. Registration is expected to begin in November, following past schedules.

Last year, JEE Main had two sessions in January and April. More than 12 lakh students registered for the January session. The JEE Main 2025 registration for session 1 is expected to open in November.

Students who are currently in Class 12 or have already passed can apply. The registration link may be available from November 1, based on past trends. Students can take the exam twice in a year, and those applying for both sessions will need to pay an extra fee between Rs 500 and Rs 1,000, depending on their category.

JEE Main 2025 Registration Details:

Students can register on the NTA JEE Main official website using their Digi Locker account, Academic Bank of Credits ID (ABC ID), Indian or non-Indian passport, PAN card, or Aadhaar number.

JEE Main 2025 will have two papers. Paper 1 is for admission to BE and BTech programs at NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, and universities. JEE Main also qualifies students for JEE Advanced 2025, which is for admission to IITs. Paper 2 is for admission to BArch and BPlanning courses.
