JEE Main Session-2 Exam 2023 : 12 April Shift-1 Analysis, Review & Question Paper with Answer Key

NTA has successfully conducted the JEE Main April 12 shift 1 exams. The exam was held from 9 am to 12 noon. JEE Main paper analysis with answer key and solutions will be available here.

NTA will conduct the JEE Mains session 2 exams on April 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15. The exam will be held in 330 cities across the country and 15 cities outside India. The exam will have two shifts each day, the morning shift from 9 am to 12 noon and the evening shift from 3 pm to 6 pm.

The shift-1 paper, as per the students’ analysis, was “moderate”. Candidates who appeared for the exam will share the difficulty level and memory-based questions from JEE Main today's (April 12 Shift 1) question paper.

JEE Main April 12 Shift 1 : Check Paper Analysis and Students Reactions

According to the initial reactions of students' who had appeared in the JEE Main Shift 1 exam, the overall difficulty level of the paper was moderate to difficult. However, subject-wise, mathematics was the toughest of all three subjects, according to some students. Some said that the few questions in physics were a bit tough.

JEE Main April 12 Shift 1 : Topics asked in Chemistry

According to the students feedback on the JEE Main April 12 shift 1 exam, questions in chemistry were asked from chapters like p-block, Haloalkanes and Haloarenes, Solid State, Alcohol, Phenol and Ether, Solutions and Aldehyde, Ketone and Carboxylic Acids.

JEE Main April 12 Shift 1 Updates: How was Mathematics paper?

As per the students reactions, the mathematics paper was a bit difficult and also time consuming because of lengthy calculations. Questions were asked from Coordinate Geometry, Probability, Vectors, 3D, Permutation and Combinations, Calculus. Almost all topics were covered. Stay tuned for more updates!
