NTA is conducting the Day 6 and Session 2 exam of JEE Main 2023 on April 13. The Shift 1 exam was conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM, and approximately 55,000-60,000 candidates appeared in the Shift 1 exam. JEE Main 2023 April 13 exam is conducted for Paper 1, i.e., B.Tech.

• JEE Main April 13 shift 1 exam was considered to be moderate level of difficulty
• Mathematics section was considered to be moderately difficult compared to Physics and Chemistry
• The difficulty level of JEE Main April 13 shift 1 is similar to that of the previous sessions
• Organic Chemistry had more weightage in the Chemistry section
• Questions from JEE Main specific topics in Mathematics like Mathematical reasoning, statistics, Vector 3D, algebra were considered straightforward however, the calculation part was hard and tricky
• Around 15 to 20 questions in Physics section were completely formula based
• The NAT section of Chemistry was based from Physical chemistry
• More questions were asked from Class 12 syllabus than Class 11.
