Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 is an important step for aspiring engineers in the journey to secure admission into top engineering colleges in India.
The first session of the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main 2024 Session 1) is scheduled to begin from January 24 and is scheduled to be held from January 24. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has already released the admit cards, and candidates who wish can visit jeemain.nta.ac.in to appear for the exam on that day. NTA has also issued exam city information slips to the candidates.
Here is a list of important instructions that all JEE Main 2024 candidates must remember before entering the examination hall.

Important Instructions for Candidates:
Passport for Entry:
Admit Card: This golden ticket is the key to your exam. Print it out, sign it in the designated place, and treat it like your best friend (except you can leave it home after the exam!).
ID proof: Pack your government-issued photo ID like Aadhar card, PAN card or driving license. No ID, no entry!
Stationary Essentials: A transparent black ballpoint pen is your weapon of choice, along with a transparent water bottle to keep your brain hydrated. Raw sheets will be provided, so leave your bag of papers at home.
Dressed for Success:
Comfort is king: Wear loose, breathable clothing that won't distract you during a long exam. Ditch the fancy outfits for comfortable tees and track pants.
Shoes That Don't Squeak: Save tap dancing for later. Choose comfortable shoes that make minimal noise, so you don't disturb your fellow warriors.
Early Birds Get Exam Seats:
Plan to arrive early: Aim to arrive at the testing center at least 2 hours before doors open. This gives you enough time to get organized without dealing with crowds and last minute panic.
Find your seat: Find your assigned seat on the seating plan displayed outside the hall. Don't be a seat changer, you may be disqualified!
Pre-Battle Rituals:
Boost Energy: Eat a healthy breakfast (no spicy surprises!) to keep your mind active during the exam. Pack some light snacks for a quick energy boost during breaks.
Clear your mind: Take some deep breaths, do some quick stretches, or listen to calming music. Get your mind into focus mode and leave any worries outside the door.
Remember, Remember:
Electronics are strictly prohibited: Leave your phone, calculator and any other electronic gadgets at home. Don't even think about carrying a smartwatch, it's not worth the risk!
Stay calm and collected: take your time, read the questions carefully and don't panic if you get stuck. Remember, everyone feels pressure, so stay calm and confident in your preparation.
Follow the rules: Listen to the instructions given by the supervisors and follow them diligently. Breaking any rules may result in disqualification, so stay on the straight and narrow path.
