The Joint Seat Allocation Authority has announced JoSAA 2022 round 6 seat allotment result on the official website – josaa.nic.in. The candidates have to report to the institute for fee payment, document upload by 8 pm today, October 17. Candidates can check JoSAA 6th round seat allotment result by logging in to the website using their login credentials such as JEE Main application number and password.

How to download JoSAA 2022 Round 6 Seat Allotment Result

Follow the below steps to download the round 6 seat allotment of JoSAA 2022.

  • Visit the official website- josaa.admissions.nic.in
  • At home, Click on the link “View seat allotment result round 6”.
  • Enter JEE Main 2022 or JEE Advanced application number, password, and security pin.
  • Click on the login button to check JoSAA seat allotment 2022 result.
  • Download the seat allotment letter and take a printout for future reference.

JoSAA released the round 5 seat allotment result on October 12. As per the JoSAA counselling dates 2022, there will be six rounds of counselling and Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) will conduct two extra rounds of counselling for admission to National Institutes of Technology (NITs).

The allotments of seats are done on the basis of the candidate’s rank, preferences, eligibility, and availability of seats. The candidates who are qualified in round 6 are allowed to respond to the query till October 17. This is the final round of seat allocation for admission to Indian Insitutes of Technology (IITs) and candidates are not allowed to withdraw their seat or exit.
