The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has launched the online portal for KCET 2024 candidates to submit their college and course preferences for the second-round seat allotment. If you appeared for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test, you can now visit the official KEA website, kea.kar.nic.in, to access the option entry link.

The option entry process opened on September 8th at 2:00 PM and will close on September 11th at 2:00 PM. During this period, candidates can adjust their preferences, remove unwanted choices, and rank their top colleges and courses.

Steps to submit your preferences:

Go to kea.kar.nic.in and log in with your KCET details.
Check the KCET round 2 seat matrix, which was released on September 8th after 11:00 AM, to see available seats and program details.
Fill in your preferred colleges and courses, and arrange them by priority.
Don’t forget to pay the caution deposit: Rs. 1,00,000 for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 50,000 for SC/ST candidates, between September 9th and 11th during banking hours.
