The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has released the verification slips for UGCET 2025 (KCET 2025) on the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. These slips are made available after the document verification process by the candidates. Students can download these by logging in with their registration details.

KEA has also informed that if any candidate needs to correct any error in their information, the correction window for the same will be opened soon. Its dates will be announced soon. Note, only those students will be able to participate in the further counselling process who have received the verification slip.

What is UGCET 2025 Verification Slip?

The verification slip is an official document that proves that the candidate's documents have been verified by KEA and have been accepted as valid. It may include the following documents:

Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
Caste certificate/Income certificate (if applicable)
Rural, Kannada medium, NCC/NSS/Defence quota certificate (if applicable)

This slip is required to participate in seat allotment and counselling.

Log in with registration number and password
Download the verification slip and save it for future reference

KEA Correction Window – Know the Full Process

KEA has clarified that candidates who have made any mistake in the information while applying will get a one-time chance to correct it.

Correction dates will be released soon on the KEA website
The correction process can be completed only in person at the KEA office
Each student will be given a different date based on the application number
Those who do not appear on time will be excluded from the admission process

What will happen next?

Only those candidates who download the verification slip will be able to participate in the further counseling process. KEA will soon announce:

Detailed counselling schedule
Option entry and seat allotment process
Last date for document submission and fee payment
