KEAM 2026 Phase 2 Allotment: Option Confirmation Begins, Check Schedule

The Commissioner of Entrance Examination, Kerala, has commenced the second-phase allocation for KEAM 2026 for Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Siddha, Unani, and other allied medical courses for the academic year 2026-2027. The candidates who wish to get admission under state quota are required to complete the option confirmation procedure through online mode.

KEAM 2026 Phase 2 Allotment: Option Confirmation Deadline

Online confirmation facility for options started on October 3, 2026. The candidates who wish that their higher order options should be taken into account during the second phase need to login to their CEE Kerala candidate portal and then click the ‘Confirm’ button.

Post the confirmation of options, candidates are allowed to rearrange the higher order options or even remove any course/college up until October 8, 2026, till 5 pm.

It is compulsory for the candidates who have got an allotted seat in the first phase and those candidates who haven’t got any seat in the first phase but wish to appear in the second phase.

Fresh Options Available for BHMS Course

CEE Kerala has also permitted candidates to enter fresh choices for the BHMS course in Athurasramam NSS Homoeopathic Medical College.

Candidates are advised to choose only such courses and colleges as they would like to join on allotment of seat. Careful verification of the choices made is also advised before confirmation of options.

Candidates who get allotment in the first phase but vacate the seat after confirmation of their options will not be considered for their higher options in future allotments.

However, if a candidate does not confirm the options in the first phase, the seat allotted to him/her in that phase, if any, will be kept open.

KEAM 2026 Phase 2 Allotment Dates

The second allotment list of KEAM 2026 will be declared on October 9 by CEE Kerala. The final allotment will be released on October 10, 2026.

Those candidates who get an allotment must pay the fees and report to their allotted college on October 11 through October 14, 2026, until 4 PM.

For self-financing Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani colleges, the 2026-27 fee hasn't been fixed yet. Candidates allotted seats in these colleges will have to make a provisional payment based on the 2025-26 fee. Any balance amount will have to be paid later, if applicable.

KEAM 2026: Important Note for Candidates

Candidates must complete the admission process within the prescribed deadline. Those who fail to join their allotted college within the given period will lose their allotment and won't be considered for further centralised allotments in the medical and medical allied stream.
