MHT CET Final Merit List 2026 Released; Download Merit Status Online

State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has announced MHT CET Final Merit List 2026 for admissions in BE/BTech and Integrated MTech programs. Candidates appearing in Centralized Admission Process are advised to see their merit status in the final list on the official engineering CAP portal of Maharashtra.

The final merit list contains the Maharashtra State and All India merit ranks of the qualifying candidates. These ranks will be considered in the CAP seat allocation process.

The CET Cell has prepared this final list after taking into account the objections raised against the provisional merit list.

How to Check MHT CET Final Merit List 2026

The candidates need to follow the below-given instructions to see the merit status of themselves:

• Go to the official website of the CAP of Maharashtra Engineering.
• Click on the “Check Final Merit List Status” option.
• Fill in all the necessary information of the candidate.
• Then click on the “Submit” option.
• See the merit list of either the Maharashtra State or All India.

The candidates need to see all the details properly. They need to report to the CAP authorities via helpdesk if there is any problem.

MHT CET CAP Round 1 Choice Filling Begins

Also, the process of online submission and confirmation of the CAP Round 1 option form has begun. Students who have made it to the final merit list will now be able to choose their desired college and courses.

Students must arrange their choices in the right sequence of preference. It is the rank of the candidate, his/her category, and available seat in the college that will determine seat allocation.

Provisional Institute-wise and Category-wise seat matrix for CAP Round 1 has also been released by the authorities. Candidates are asked to go through the seat matrix before making their choice.

It is recommended that students confirm their option form before the deadline. After that, they will not be able to change their submitted choices.
