The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has released the exam schedule for Telangana Common Entrance Tests (TG CETs) 2026. These exams will be conducted for admissions to the 2026-27 academic year.

The schedule was announced on December 30, 2025. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad will conduct the TS EAMCET 2026 exam. Various universities will conduct other TG CET exams across May and early June 2026.

TS EAMCET 2026 Exam Date

As per the official schedule, the computer-based TS EAMCET 2026 (now called TG EAPCET) exam for engineering admissions will be held on May 9, 10, and 11, 2026. The agriculture and pharmacy stream exams are scheduled for May 4 and 5, 2026.

TG EAPCET 2026: Engineering & Pharmacy Admissions

TG EAPCET is conducted by JNTU Hyderabad. The engineering exam will be held on May 9, 10, and 11, 2026. Agriculture and pharmacy exams are scheduled for May 4 and 5, 2026. Through this exam, students can get admission to BE, BTech, and BPharmacy programs.

TG EDCET 2026: BEd Admissions

Kakatiya University will conduct TG EDCET on May 12, 2026. This entrance test is for admission to the Bachelor of Education (BEd) program. Candidates who want to become teachers should apply for this exam.

TG ECET 2026: Lateral Entry Admissions

Osmania University will conduct TG ECET on May 15, 2026. This exam is meant for lateral entry admissions. Diploma holders can directly enter the second year of BE, BTech, and BPharmacy courses through this exam.

TG LAWCET & TG PGLCET 2026: Law Admissions

Both TG LAWCET and TG PGLCET will be conducted by Osmania University on May 18, 2026.

TG LAWCET: For admission to 3-year and 5-year LLB programs
TG PGLCET: For admission to LLM (Master of Law) program

TG PGECET 2026: PG Engineering Admissions

JNTU Hyderabad will conduct TG PGECET from May 28 to May 31, 2026. This exam is for postgraduate admissions. Students can get admission to ME, MTech, MPharm, MArch, and Pharm D (Post Baccalaureate) courses through this exam.

TG PECET 2026: Physical Education Admissions

Satavahana University will conduct TG PECET from May 31 to June 3, 2026. This test includes physical efficiency and skill tests. Candidates can get admission to BPEd and UGDEd programs through this exam.
