WBJEE 2025 Counselling Schedule Released for UG Courses; Seat Matrix on Aug 27

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has released the WBJEE 2025 counselling schedule on its official website wbjeeb.nic.in.

Through this counselling process, admission will be given to engineering, architecture and pharmacy programmes in various participating universities and colleges of the state.

The WBJEE 2025 counselling process will be completely online. It will start with registration and choice filling from 28 August 2025. After this, the process of seat allotment and admission will go on in several rounds, which will continue till September.

1. Registration: Candidates have to register by logging on to the official portal.
2. Fee Payment: After successful registration, the prescribed counseling fee has to be paid.
3. Choice Filling & Locking: Candidates will lock the option by choosing the college and course of their choice.
4. Seat Allotment: The seat allotment list will be released by the board.
5. Document Verification: Candidates have to upload the required documents to confirm the allotted seat.
6. Reporting to College: The last step is to report to the allotted college and complete the admission process.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Registration and fee payment should be done within the stipulated time limit.
• Keep all original documents like admit card, rank card, mark sheet, photo ID and category certificate ready.
• Choose the college and course carefully at the time of choice filling as once locked, it will not be possible to change it.
• After seat allotment, if a candidate does not want to take admission, he/she has to choose the “float” or “slide” option for the next round.
