West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has released the WBJEE 2025 Round 2 seat allotment result on 9th September 2025. Candidates who had registered for Round 2 counseling can now check their result on the official website wbjeeb.nic.in. This round is the final one and no further upgradation option will be available in it.

Seat Acceptance Fee has been fixed at ₹5000. Candidates have to deposit this fee through online mode from 9th September to 11th September 2025. Along with this, they will also have to complete the process of document verification in their allotted college. This process is also mandatory to be completed by 11th September 2025.

The WBJEE 2025 counselling round 2 seat allotment result will be issued online today. Follow the steps provided below to apply

Step 1: Visit the official website of WBJEEB

Step 2: Click on the WBJEE section

Step 3: Click on the round 2 allotment result in the candidate activity board

Step 4: Login with WBJEE roll number and password

Step 5: Download the allotment result for further reference

WBJEE 2025 Counselling Round 2 Allotment - Documents Required

Candidates reporting to the allotted colleges for admission must have the following documents ready with them for admissions

• WBJEE Rank Card
• WBJEE Admit Card
• Class 10, 12 marksheets
• Birth Certificate
• Valid ID Proof
• Passport size photographs
• Domicile certificate
• Category certificate
• PWD Certificate
• Income Certificate
• OCI Certificate

If a candidate got an allotment in Round 1 and opted for ‘YES’ for upgradation, the old allotment will be automatically cancelled as soon as a new allotment is received in Round 2. In that case, the earlier seat will be given to another eligible candidate. This is why Round 2 is considered the final and conclusive round.

Candidates who do not wish to accept the seat can also withdraw from the process between 9 and 11 September 2025. Candidates may be eligible for a fee refund on the cancellation made during this period. Apart from this, the board may also release the cut-off marks of Round 2 on its website soon.

WBJEE 2025 Round 2 seat allotment is also important because it is the last opportunity for candidates to choose a college and course. It is very important to complete the fee payment and document verification on time after getting the seat, otherwise the allotment may be cancelled.
