WBJEE 2026 Round 3 Allotment Result Tomorrow; Steps to Check Seat Status

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will declare the WBJEE 2026 Round 3 seat allotment result tomorrow, 28th July 2026. Candidates who have appeared for the counselling process can visit the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in and check their seat allotment status.

The WBJEE Round 3 seat allotment link will be activated on the counselling portal once the result has been declared. Candidates will be required to login to the portal with their registered credentials to view/download the allotment result.

Based on the WBJEE rank of the candidate, choices filled in the counselling and availability of seats, seats will be allotted. Candidates must note that it is not possible to make changes to the allotted seat on request.

Candidates can use the following steps to check the status of WBJEE Round 3 seat allotment:

• Go to the official WBJEEB site wbjeeb.nic.in.
• Login to the WBJEE 2026 counselling site.
• Go to the Round 3 seat allotment result section.
• Enter the required login details.
• Press the submit button to see the seat allotment status.
• Download the provisional seat allotment letter.

WBJEE Counselling 2026: Documents Required

Candidates should keep all original documents and photocopies ready for the WBJEE counselling and institute reporting process.

The required documents may include:

What After WBJEE Round 3 Seat Allotment Result?

Following the declaration of WBJEE Round 3 seat allotment result, candidates need to visit the counselling portal and view the seat allocated to them.

If a seat is allotted to the candidate, they have to download the provisional allotment letter and pay the seat acceptance fee within the prescribed time frame. In addition to this, candidates have to upload/submit the necessary documents and report to the allotted institute from 28th July 2026 to 30th July 2026.

Institute reporting involves verification of candidates’ documents and eligibility. Candidates are advised to bring the necessary original certificates with copies of the same.

Candidates should adhere to the instructions that have been provided in the allotment letter. Not paying the seat acceptance fee, not uploading/submitting the documents or reporting to the allotted institute can cause the seat to be cancelled.
