AIIMS MBBS 2019 : Registration Begins
The All India Institute Of Medical Sciences, New Delhi has started the AIIMS MBBS 2019 Basic Registration on November 30, 2018.
From this year onwards, the Institute has started a new registration facility, known by the Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) facility. It is a two-stage registration process, comprising of Basic Registration and Final Registration.
The AIIMS New Delhi, shortlist candidate for admission in MBBS program for the academic session 2019 at AIIMS, New Delhi and 14 other AIIMS.
The entrance examination is scheduled to be held on May 25 and 26, 2019. It is a computer-based test which consists of MCQ type and Reason-Assertion type questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and General Knowledge/Aptitude.

AIIMS MBBS 2019 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who wish to apply for appearing in the entrance examination must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria. The aspirants must fulfill the age limit criteria, educational qualification criteria, etc. Check the eligibility criteria for the AIIMS MBBS 2019 exam below.
Age Limit Criteria
The aspirant should have attained or will attain the age of 17 years as on the 31st of December of the year of admission (2019)
Academic Qualification
- The aspirants should have passed Class 12th under the 10+2 Scheme/ Senior School Certificate
Examination (CBSE) or Intermediate Science (I.Sc.) or an equivalent Examination from a recognized Board. - The candidates who have appeared or are appearing at the qualifying Examination are also eligible to apply and appear in the entrance examination.
Subject Combination
The candidates should have passed Class 12th with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the subject.
Minimum Marks
- The students should have obtained 60% marks in the qualifying examination.
- For the reserved category candidates (SC/ST/PWBD), there is a relaxation of 10% marks. Hence, the candidates should have obtained minimum 50% in the qualifying examination.
Nationality
Indian, Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) are eligible to apply for AIIMS MBBS 2019.
AIIMS MBBS 2019 Application Form
The application process for AIIMS MBBS 2019 has been changed. The candidates are given the opportunity to register for AIIMS MBBS entrance examination, 06 months in advance.
The candidates with the help of the Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) facility. The aspirants who wish to appear for the entrance exam need to complete the application process before the deadline.
The registration is to be completed into two stages – Basic Registration and Final Registration. In basic registration, the aspirants have to fill in their basic details and upload scanned images of their passport size photograph and signature.
Once the basic registration is over, the details submitted by the candidate will be scrutinized. The candidates who will complete the basic registration part before the last date can only proceed to the next step which is Final Registration. In this part, the candidates will have to fill in their other necessary information and pay the requisite amount of the application fee.

It is expected that the application fee for AIIMS MBBS 2019 shall be the same as last year. However, it can only be confirmed once the information brochure for AIIMS MBBS 2019 entrance exam is out, the same will also be updated on this page. AIIMS MBBS 2019 Exam Pattern
AIIMS, New Delhi, will conduct a computer-based test in two shifts. The exam will of total 03 hours and 30 minutes. The test will consist of 200 MCQ type questions and there will be 05 sections, namely – Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General Knowledge/Aptitude.

Marking Scheme
- For every correct answer, you will get 01 marks.
- There shall also be a negative marking of 1/3 marks for an incorrect answer.
- Questions which are left unanswered or marked for review there will be zero marking.
