CA Jan 2026 Registration  without Late Fees Deadline Today

The registration window for the ICAI CA January 2026 exams is closing today for those who want to avoid extra charges.

You will still be able to apply, but you’ll have to pay a late fee of ₹600. Please note that the final date to submit your application with the late fee is November 19, 2025.

The registration process began on November 3, 2025, on the official SSP portal. If you are eligible for the January session, don’t wait. Head over to the portal and fill out your form now. Also, make sure to check your account validity. If it has expired, you can renew it directly on the SSP portal.

CA January 2026 Exam Dates

You can expect the CA admit cards for Foundation, Inter, and Final exams to be released by mid-December.

Here is the complete schedule for the January 2026 exams:

• CA Foundation Exams: January 18, 20, 22, and 24, 2026.
• CA Inter Exams (Group 1): January 6, 8, and 10, 2026.
• CA Inter Exams (Group 2): January 12, 15, and 17, 2026.
• CA Final Exams (Group 1): January 5, 7, and 9, 2026.
• CA Final Exams (Group 2): January 11, 13, and 16, 2026.

How to Register for ICAI CA Exam (January 2026)

If you are eligible, you can complete your application online. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Visit the ICAI e-services website (SSP Portal).
2. Enter your User ID and Password to log in.
3. Go to the Examination Form section for your specific course.
4. Fill in all the required details carefully.
5. Upload a recent passport-size photo and your signature.
6. Pay the exam fee using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Correction Window Details

Did you make a mistake on your form? Don't worry. The ICAI will open a correction window from November 20 to November 22.

During this time, you can edit the following details:

• Course Group
• Medium of the Test (English/Hindi)
