The Delhi government provides free coachings to the students of Delhi govt. schools to prepare for the competitive exams such as NEET/JEE.

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed with 'Avanti Fellows' to prepare students for the entrance examinations for Engineering/Medical, or STEM-based fields.

6000 students from classes 11 to 12 in the 1st year programme will be given this facility. The government schools will provide free coaching to these students in order to prepare for the various competitive exams.

More than 160 girls from SC and ST categories are getting free coaching for NEET by experts, due to this programme.

Delhi Deputy CM and education minister said that due to not having financial support many students could not complete their dream of becoming a doctor/Engineering.

At this time more than 30, 000 students are enrolled in Science stream across the Delhi government schools.
