IIT Bombay UCEED, CEED 2027 Registration Open: Check Fee, Eligibility and Exam Date

The UCEED and CEED 2027 registration procedure has commenced at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Candidates will be able to register for both the design entrance tests using the respective websites.

Candidates can register themselves for the UCEED and CEED 2027 test up to October 31, 2026, without paying any late fees. Candidates can register for the UCEED and CEED 2027 exam even after the deadline but by paying a late fee of Rs. 500.

Candidates can apply for the UCEED 2027 test at uceed.iitb.ac.in and for the CEED 2027 exam at ceed.iitb.ac.in.

UCEED, CEED 2027 Exam Date

UCEED 2027 and CEED 2027 tests will take place on 17th January 2027. The tests will be conducted in one shift only between 9 AM to 12 Noon all over the country.

UCEED and CEED 2027 admit card will be available from 1st January 2027 onwards.

IIT Bombay organizes the UCEED test for BDes admissions. While, the CEED test is conducted for MDes and PhD admissions.

Candidates should complete their UCEED 2027 or CEED 2027 application before the deadline. Before submitting the form, they should verify their personal, academic and eligibility details carefully.

The Rs 500 late fee applies to candidates who submit their applications after October 31 and before the final deadline of November 6, 2026.

UCEED 2027 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have completed Class 12 in 2026 or are appearing for Class 12 in 2027 can apply for UCEED 2027.

Students belonging to Science, Commerce, Arts, and Humanities streams are eligible to take up this exam.

Candidates are advised to go through the eligibility criteria first before filling up the application form for UCEED.

CEED 2027 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for CEED 2027 requires that one has a graduate degree, diploma, or postgraduate degree that must have been completed after class 10+2 and must be of a minimum duration of three years.

The candidates who are appearing for the final examination of a valid course by July 2027 will also be eligible to apply for CEED 2027.

The candidates who have completed a five-year program of Government Diploma in Art (GD Art) after class 10 by July 2027 will also be eligible for CEED 2027.
