UCEED, CEED 2027 Registration Deadline Extended to November 5: Check Revised Schedule

UCEED 2027 and CEED 2027 have been allowed additional time to register due to IIT Bombay. Candidates can now apply until November 5, 2026, 11:59 PM IST, paying the application fee without any delay.

The previous deadline to register without the late fee was October 31, 2026. However, candidates who are unable to complete the procedure before the deadline will be allowed to apply till November 10, 2026, 5 PM IST, along with a late fee of ₹500.

UCEED examination is held for B.Des admissions in IITs and other institutions. CEED examination is held for M.Des and Ph.D. admission in design programs.

How to Apply for UCEED 2027

For those aspiring to enroll in UCEED 2027, the following procedure should be followed:

Go to the UCEED official website on uceed.iitb.ac.in.
Click on the UCEED 2027 registration link.
Apply using the required details.
Fill up the application form by providing all relevant information.
Upload the photograph, signature, proof of age, and other required certificates.
Pay the application fees using the provided online mode.

CEED 2027 candidates will be able to apply via online registration.

UCEED and CEED 2027 Exam Date

Based on the new schedule that is given, the examination for UCEED and CEED 2027 will take place on January 17, 2027. The exam is planned to happen between 9 AM to 12 PM.

Admit cards are supposed to be released on January 1, 2027, at 1 PM. There will be some time till January 8 during which students can raise any issues regarding their admit cards.

It is advised that the candidates register themselves before the deadline and keep checking the websites of IIT Bombay.
