Karnataka Class 10 SSLC 2026: 3rd Language Paper Shifted from March 30 to 31 Due to Mahaveer Jayanthi

The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board has revised the schedule for the Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC), or Class 10, examinations. The Third Language paper of the SSLC examination, originally scheduled for March 30, has been postponed and will now be conducted on March 31.

This revision aligns with the amendment made to the holiday notification for Mahavir Jayanti. Students should note that the remainder of the examination schedule will remain unchanged.

The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board revised the examination date following the State Government's decision to change the date of Mahavir Jayanti from March 31 to March 30. The official notification (originally in Kannada) states: "For the SSLC Examination 2026, the previously scheduled examination dates—spanning from March 18, 2026, to April 2, 2026—will remain largely unchanged."

Karnataka Open School Examination Schedule

The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has released the tentative timetable for the Karnataka Open School examinations. The final schedule for the KOS main examinations is expected to be released in March 2026.
