Karnataka State’s Vocational Courses could be on CET, NEET Scores: Read What they say

Karnataka State government may consider the CET, NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) scores for the admission in the vocational courses. This decision is taken as per the cancellation of PUC II Exams. Deputy Chief Minister Dr C N Ashwath Narayan shared this information on June 5.
In a statement he mentioned that the further decision regarding this will be proceeded as per the proposal, by the Primary and Secondary Education Minister S Suresh Kumar.
On Friday, June, while addressing the media about PUC II Exam cancellation he mentioned that the board students of class 12th will be promoted.
“Suresh Kumar has given good advice to do away with the criteria of minimum marks for admission to the engineering and medical courses. Instead, he has suggested that CET rank be considered. A decision will be taken soon in consultation with relevant authorities and higher education experts,” the DCM said.
Karnataka state government in June has said that “the Karnataka state’s board will conduct the class 10th exam after the favourable moment ongoing COVID k admission process ends.
