The process of the second round of NEET UG counseling 2025 has been started by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). This counseling is being conducted for admission to MBBS and BDS seats.

The schedule has been released on the official website mcc.nic.in. The registration process has started from 4 September 2025 and eligible candidates can apply till 9 September 2025.
MCC had completed the first round of counseling in August 2025. Now the second round is going on. The entire process is conducted in a total of three rounds and one mop-up round.
Through this counseling, admission is given to 15% of the seats of All India Quota and 100% of the seats of institutions like AMU, BHU, JMI and ESIC. At the same time, state-wise counseling is conducted for 85% of government college seats and 100% of the seats of private medical colleges.
NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2 Schedule
- Release of Seat Matrix: 3rd September 2025
- Registration and Fee Payment: 4th to 9th September 2025
- Choice Filling and Locking: 5th to 9th September 2025
- Seat Allotment Process: 10th to 11th September 2025
- Provisional Result Release: 12th September 2025
- Reporting: 13th to 19th September 2025
How to Register for NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2?
- First of all visit the official website of MCC.
- Register and pay the required fee and security deposit.
- Choose your preferred medical/dental college and course and lock the options.
- Wait for the seat allotment process to be completed.
- Report to the allotted college on time and get the document verification done.
- The list of vacant seats will be released later.
