NMAT Registration 2026 Begins at mba.com; Check Fees, Dates and How to Apply

The GMAC has initiated the NMAT registration 2026 process via online mode. The candidates who wish to take part in the examination can apply through the official website of the examination which is mba.com/nmat.

The last date to register for NMAT 2026 is October 10, 2026. The NMAT will be conducted by the GMAC for admission into the MBA & PGDM programs offered by various Business Schools, such as NMIMS Mumbai, TAPMI Bengaluru, K J Somaiya Institute of Management and XIM University.

The candidates can also schedule their NMAT examination slot via the candidate login after registration and fee payment.

NMAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Prospective candidates need to go through the eligibility criteria prior to submitting the NMAT 2026 application form.

• Eligible Degree: Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from any stream offered by a recognized university/institute.
• Marks Criteria: The majority of institutions that participate in NMAT demand minimum 50% aggregate marks in graduation.
• Last-year Candidates: Final-year bachelor’s degree aspirants may also apply for the test provisionally.
• Criteria of Business School: Along with the above eligibility criteria, the prospective candidates must also fulfill the business school specific criteria.

The candidates should refer to the eligibility criteria of their desired institutes.

NMAT 2026 Registration Process

The following is the process for filling up the NMAT registration form:

• Creating an Account: Access the website https://mba.com/nmat and click on the registration button. Provide valid email ID and mobile number.
• Filling the form: Login and fill the personal details, contact and academic details.
• Select the B-Schools: Select the programmes and institutes that wish to receive the NMAT scores. The registration cost includes score reports of up to 5 programmes.
• Uploading the Documents: Provide recent photograph and signature in the correct format.
• Payment of Fee: Pay the cost through available online methods.
• Schedule the exam: Go to the schedule tab and select the date, time and exam centre of your choice.

It is advisable to verify all the details filled in the form before submission.

NMAT 2026 Application Fee and Retake Rules

According to GMAC, a test taker can appear for the NMAT exam up to 3 times within a single cycle of examination. It includes the very first attempt and up to 2 attempts after that.

A mandatory period of 7 days must be maintained between the release of the score card and the second attempt date of the examination.
