NTA Issues Grievance Advisory for NEET, JEE and Other Exams; Check Guidelines

National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an advisory for the students who wish to lodge complaints regarding exams such as NEET UG, JEE Main, CUET UG, and other entrance exams conducted by NTA.

NTA has instructed the candidates to give complete details while lodging grievances. The candidates should give details about the name of the examination, application number, registered email address, and other details which can help the officials to solve the complaints quickly.

According to the National Testing Agency, incomplete complaints make it hard for the officials to identify the candidates from the huge crowd appearing for the NTA exam. Every year, lakhs of candidates appear for exams such as NEET UG and JEE Main, which leads to the generation of many questions.

NTA Receives Thousands of Student Grievances

NTA gets many complaints and queries every day through emails as well as different social media sites. Such queries can be regarding the application forms, exams, answer key, results, admit cards, counseling, or any other issue pertaining to exams.

For quicker response from the authority, students must first look at the information bulletin and notification prior to lodging any complaint. It would help the candidates to know about the proper procedure and to get in touch with the organization through the appropriate medium.

It is also helpful for NTA to deal with each case separately and not due to repetitive correspondence.

Why Providing Complete Details Is Important?

Incomplete applications will require more time because the officials will have to collect more details regarding the candidates.

The students are also supposed to keep copies of the grievances they submit.

NTA Advises Students to Use Official Grievance Channels

The candidate is being requested not to send in incomplete applications through various means. Students should opt for the grievance process as informed on the NTA website as well as on the respective examination notice brochures.

NTA has informed that complete information will help them handle grievances more effectively.

Students preparing for exams like NEET UG, JEE Main, CUET, and others conducted by NTA should make sure to keep an eye on official notifications regarding the same.
