TS ICET 2026 Spot Admissions Schedule Released; Check Eligibility and Documents Required
DTE Telangana has released the TG ICET 2026 spot admission schedule on the official admission website, tgicet.nic.in. The institutional spot admission process will be conducted to fill the remaining vacant MBA and MCA seats in TG ICET participating colleges.
Candidates who want admission through spot counselling will have to directly contact the Principal of the respective colleges. The college-wise, course-wise, and category-wise vacancy details will be published on the official website on August 27, 2026.
The TG ICET 2026 institutional spot admissions will be conducted from August 31 to September 3, 2026.

TG ICET 2026 Spot Admission: Eligibility Criteria
As per the TG ICET 2026 spot admission rules, vacant seats will first be offered to candidates who have qualified for TG ICET 2026.
Candidates from the open category must have secured at least 50% aggregate marks in their qualifying degree. BC, SC, and ST category candidates need a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.
If seats remain vacant after considering TG ICET qualified candidates, applicants without a TG ICET 2026 rank can also apply. They must meet the required minimum marks in their qualifying degree.
Candidates who have completed their degree from universities outside Telangana must submit an equivalency certificate issued by a recognised university in Telangana before taking admission.
Documents Required for TG ICET Spot Counselling 2026
Candidates appearing for TG ICET 2026 spot admission must carry the following original documents:

Candidates must bring all original certificates for document verification. Students without original documents will not be allowed to participate in the spot admission process.
After verification, the original certificates will be returned. Candidates will have to submit one set of photocopies along with the original Transfer Certificate (T.C).
The processing fee for institutional spot admission is INR 1,300 for TG ICET 2026 qualified candidates and INR 2,100 for non-qualified candidates.
Candidates admitted through institutional spot admissions will not be eligible for fee reimbursement.
