UCEED, CEED 2027 Exam Dates Announced — Check IIT Bombay Schedule & Registration Details Soon
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has come up with exam dates for UCEED 2027 and CEED 2027. According to the notification made by the concerned authority, both examinations are scheduled to take place on January 17, 2027, in one go.
UCEED examination is being organized for admissions into BDes programme courses in the following colleges:
- IIT Bombay
- IIT Delhi
- IIT Guwahati
- IIT Hyderabad
- IIT Roorkee
- Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM) Jabalpur
CEED, on the contrary, is conducted for the purpose of admission to the Master of Design (MDes) courses offered at different IITs.
The applicants would be able to apply online via their official websites. The complete schedule is anticipated to be notified by IIT Bombay by October 2026.
UCEED 2027 Exam Pattern
The UCEED 2027 exam will be divided into two parts.
Part A:

Besides the IITs and IIITDM Jabalpur, several other institutes across India also accept UCEED scores for admission to their design programmes.
Candidates who wish to pursue UCEED and CEED courses must clear the entrance exams conducted by IIT Bombay.
