CBSE Board 10th & 12th Exam Update : CBSE board students will report to nearby schools from today

Students appearing for CBSE board examinations will have to report to their nearest schools from June 1. This rule will be applicable to those students who have migrated from any city including Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh and returned to their villages or homes. These students will report in a government school located at their home district. This rule is for those students who have to take the remaining CBSE board exams.

Students can submit their information, including their details, to their nearest government school anytime in the first week of June.

Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank said, “Many students were staying in hostels and have been evacuated to their homes after the lock-down was declared. Some students have gone to Kerala, some to Tamil Nadu and many other remote places. 3000 students studying in Navodaya Vidyalaya itself have been sent to their homes with the help of the Ministry. Therefore, the board examinations of the district where the students are presently will be taken at the same districts.”

Students of class 10th and 12th will be able to give their remaining board examinations from where they are currently. CBSE will create fresh board examination centers for these students in schools near them.

Union Minister Nishank said, “Students should contact their nearest schools regarding their examinations. Provide your information to them, after which the program will be prepared for these girls in the first week of June.

CBSE has released the datasheet for the remaining board exams of class 10th and 12th. These board examinations of class X and XII will be conducted at more than 15 thousand examination centers across the country.

The number of examination centers has been increased by more than 5 times as compared to earlier. This has been done so that the examination centers are not overcrowded and students can take their exams with safety and ease.
