What you need to know
Amrita offers B.Tech admissions across its eight campuses through a single application form.
Amrita B.Tech admissions are based on AEEE and JEE Main scores. 70% of the seats are allocated based on AEEE scores, and the remaining 30% are filled based on JEE Main ranks. Candidates can choose to apply with scores from either one or both exams.
The Amrita AEEE 2026 exam will be conducted twice – the first phase from January 29 to February 1 and the second phase from April 25 to 30.
Candidates who have passed 10+2 are eligible to apply for Amrita B.Tech admissions. Amrita offers B.Tech programs at its nine campuses. To apply for B.Tech admission at any of these campuses, candidates must fill out a common application form.

AEEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying, make sure you meet these requirements:
- You must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects.
- You need at least 60% aggregate in PCM.
- You must score at least 55% in each subject individually.
- You should be born on or after July 1, 2006.
