CAT 2023 Registration Starts Tomorrow at 10 AM on iimcat.ac.in: Step-by-Step Guide to Fill Form

The Indian Institute of Management, IIM Lucknow, is all set to open the registration link for the Common Admission Test, CAT, tomorrow, on August 2, 2023. The institute had already published the exam schedule on July 31, 2023.

The CAT 2023 registration process will commence at 10 am on August 2, and aspiring candidates can apply until 5 pm on September 13. Hall tickets are scheduled to be released on October 25, and the exams will be conducted on November 26 in three sessions. The results of IIM CAT are expected to be announced tentatively in the second week of January 2024.

CAT 2023: Eligibility and Application fee

candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA (45 percent for SC, ST, and PwD categories). The application fee for open category candidates is Rs. 2,400, while for SC, ST, and PwD candidates, it is Rs. 1,200.

IIM CAT 2023: How to apply online

  1. Eligible candidates should go to iimcat.ac.in
  2. On the homepage, they should click on CAT 2023 Registration link
  3. Register to generate unique User ID and Password.
  4. Log in and fill all the required details
  5. Upload documents, pay fee and submit form
  6. Download confirmation page for future reference

About CAT Exam

CAT is a computer-based test consisting of three parts: Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Aptitude (Quants). The exam is conducted for a duration of two hours. For more detailed information, candidates can refer to the official notification or website.
