CBSE Class 12 Topper Avni Kejriwal Scores 500 Out of 500 in After Re-evaluation

Avni Kejriwal, who is studying in CBSE Class 12, on Monday said that she scored 100 per cent after a re-evaluation and hence became a national topper. She scored 500 out of 500 marks in all five subjects of the stream. “On the day of result declaration on May 13, I scored 95.2 per cent in aggregate. Family members were happy with the marks, but I wasn’t,” she said.

“It was time for me to apply for re-evaluation when the page came on CBSE website. After the re-evaluation, I scored 500 marks out of 500. I am extremely happy about the result,” Avni said.

A student of DPS-Ranchi, Avni said that she did not pay attention to hours of study everyday but concentrated on achieving daily targets of different topics.

“If I have made a target of completing two to three topics per day, then I will have to do it. It does not matter whether it will take one hour or several hours,” she said.

The daughter of Ranchi-based businessman Mitesh Kejriwal and homemaker Poonam, Avni said that she wants to start her own venture in future.
“I will be pursuing my studies as per my plans,” she said.

She also said that students need to spend time on social media in moderation and it should not interfere with their studies.

Meanwhile, DPS-Ranchi Principal Dr Jaya Chauhan on Monday congratulated Avni through a social media post.
