The notice says, "CBSE has started the registration for Classes IX and XI, and the LoC submission for Classes X and XII." Parents can find more details in the circulars available.
If your child is in Classes IX, XI, X, or XII, please make sure to submit the right personal details and subject choices. This is very important for your child's future and for making the exams run well.

The official notice says that after submitting the List of Candidates (LoC) for the main exams of Classes 10 and 12, students can’t change their subjects. Any changes will only be considered for supplementary exams. Students can decide whether to take the main exams based on the subjects listed in their LoC. Their results will follow the board's rules.
To avoid issues, CBSE asks parents to keep these points in mind:
- Double-Check Information: Carefully check all details when registering and submitting the LoC.
- Fill Out Personal Data Correctly: Make sure your child’s information is accurate.
- Use Full Names: Always use full names instead of nicknames, as many official documents require this.
- Include Surnames: If your child wants to study abroad, make sure to include their surname, as it’s needed in several countries.
- Check Date of Birth: Ensure the Date of Birth is correct.
- Verify Passport Details: If your child has a passport, check that the details match.
- Choose Subjects Carefully: Be careful when filling in subjects on the LoC for both Classes 10 and 12, since changes can’t be made after submission.
- Parent's Responsibility: It’s important for parents to make sure all submitted information is correct.
- Help the School: Visit your child’s school to assist with timely submission of the registration and LoC. There won’t be any extensions after the deadline.
