CBSE Term 1 Board Exam 2021 admit card and guidelines can be released on November 9, 2021. Regarding the upcoming term 1 board exams, the board has released an official notice in which details have been given regarding the OMR sheet that will be used in the examination.

The CBSE Term 1 Board Exam 2021 for both the classes, Class 10 and Class 12 are scheduled to begin from November 17 and November 16 respectively.

It is noted that the board is going to use the OMR for the first time to examine the classes of 10th and 12th students. Hence, those students who are about to appear in the upcoming term 1 board exam are required to have a complete knowledge of the OMR Sheet.

Notification Regarding Main Examination

CBSE has shared a sample of the OMR sheet along with the official notice.
In the term 1 exam Candidates will get a pre-filled OMR Sheet in which their details such as name, exam, date, etc. will be mentioned.
Candidates are required to write question paper code at the right-hand corner of the OMR sheet.
There will be a self declaration section where candidates must write ‘I confirm that all particulars given are correct.’ and sign the sheet accordingly.
In order to fill the OMR Sheet only Blue/Black pens are allowed.
The use of the pencil to fill the OMR sheet is strictly prohibited and candidates must be aware of this information.

Students can refer to the official notice to know about the essential features of the CBSE OMR sheet. The board has also requested schools to conduct practice sessions for the students before the examination so that students can be well acquainted with the OMR Sheet. Since, this is the first time in CBSE board that OMR sheet is being used. So, the board has advised the teachers to get acquainted with the OMR sheet.
