NLUs Reduce Objection Fee to Rs 500
Here's some good news. The consortium has reduced the objection fee for CLAT 2026. Earlier, candidates had to pay Rs 1,000 per challenge. Now, it's only Rs 500 per objection.
This reduced fee applies to both UG and PG candidates. You'll need to pay the fee online after submitting all your objections. The consortium will review all valid objections before releasing the final answer key and results.
CLAT 2026 Exam: High Attendance Across India
The CLAT 2026 exam was held at 156 centres across 25 states, 93 cities, and Union Territories. The turnout was impressive:

How to File Objection Against CLAT 2026 Answer Key
Follow these simple steps to submit your objection:
Step 1: Visit the official website – https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/
Step 2: Log in to your CLAT account using your registered credentials.
Step 3: Click on the 'Submit Objections' option on your dashboard.
Step 4: Select your question booklet set and choose the objection type – either 'About the Answer Key' or 'About the Question'.
Step 5: Enter the question number and write a clear reason for your objection. Then click 'Submit Objection'.
Step 6: After submitting all objections, pay Rs 500 per challenge online.
Make sure you provide proper details and reasoning. This will help the consortium evaluate your objection correctly.
CLAT 2026 Final Answer Key and Result
Once the objection window closes, the consortium will review all challenges. After that, it'll release the CLAT 2026 final answer key.
The results will be prepared based on the final key. These scores will be used for admissions to UG and PG law programmes at all 25 National Law Universities across India.
