CLAT 2027 Applications Open: No Subject-wise Eligibility Limit, Check Details

Candidates applying to undergraduate or postgraduate law courses have been made eligible by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) for CLAT 2027 application form filling procedure. All eligible candidates are requested to fill out the CLAT 2027 application form via the official website consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

The CLAT 2027 application form filing procedure will be available until 11:59 PM on October 31, 2026.

CLAT 2027 Eligibility: No Subject Limitation for UG Applicants

Applicants coming from various academic backgrounds can apply for the five year LL.B. integrated programs via CLAT 2027.

A minimum of 45% aggregate marks is needed from Class 12 or its equivalent in order to be eligible for UG admission. Applicants falling under the category of SC, ST, and PwD need a minimum of 40% marks.

As per the eligibility criteria for CLAT UG Admission 2027, there is no requirement of studying any specific subject stream in Class 12. Hence, applicants who are eligible can apply regardless of their Class 12 subject stream.

In addition, there is no upper age limit for applicants appearing for CLAT UG Admission 2027.

Applicants who will appear in their Class 12 qualifying examination in March or April 2027 can also apply. However, they have to produce proof of clearing their qualifying examination at the time of admission.

CLAT 2027 Exam Date and Pattern

The CLAT 2027 exam is slated for the date of December 6, 2026, in an offline mode. The test will be conducted between 2 pm and 4 pm.

Applicants with Disabilities will be provided extra time. Their CLAT 2027 exam will be organized between 2 pm and 4:40 pm.

For UG applicants, there will be 120 multiple-choice questions in the CLAT 2027 question paper to answer within 2 hours.

• Choose the New Registration button.
• Go through the registration procedure.
• Login using the credentials you have registered.
• Enter the details asked in the CLAT application form.
• Upload the relevant documents.
• Make the application fee payment.
• Verify all the details.

Finally, submit the application form and take a copy of it for further use.

The application fee can be paid online and is non-refundable.
