Step-by-Step: How to File Your Complaint
Please follow these steps carefully to ensure your request is processed. The Consortium will not accept emails or phone calls; you must use the official portal.
Log in: Go to the official CLAT website and log in to your candidate account.
Find the link: Locate the "File a Complaint" tab on your dashboard.
Categorize: Select the type of problem you are experiencing from the given options.
Describe: Write a clear description of your problem. Keep it under 1,000 characters.
Upload: Attach any supporting documents (such as photos or receipts) to support your claim.
Declare: Fill out the official declaration form.
Submit: Click the "Submit" button to complete the process.
Key Points to Remember:
It's free: You don't have to pay any fee to file a complaint.
One and done: Do not file multiple tickets for the same issue. This will slow down the process.
